ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PENGELOLAAN SUMBER DAYA AIR PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dan beberapa observasi serta wawancara langsung dengan pihak terkait dengan Dinas Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel affective commitment, continuance commitment, dan normative commitment secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda, affective commitment, continuance commitment, dan normative commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Normative commitment mempunyai pengaruh paling besar. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,230, hal tersebut berarti bahwa 23% variable kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independennya. Sisanya yaitu sebesar 77% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel yang lain diluar persamaan.
