IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENERTIBAN JURU PARKIR LIAR DI DINAS PERHUBUNGAN KOTA PALEMBANG (Studi Pada Indomaret Parameswara dan Indomaret Kemang Manis)
Abstract
Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana implementasi kebijakan penertiban juru parkir liar di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Palembang?. Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Fokus penelitian ini berada di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Palembang. Teknik pemilihan informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan penertiban juru parkir liar di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Palembang belum terlaksana secara maksimal. Dikarenakan masih terdapat beberapa indikator yang belum tercapai, yaitu: 1) Kesulitan teknis, 2) Tingkat kemajemukan dari kelompok sasaran, 3) Kejelasan isi kebijakan, 4) Kejelasan dan Konsistensi Aturan, 5) Kondisi ekonomi dan kemajuan teknologi
