Pengaruh Pemberian Tambahan Penghasilan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pemberian tambahan penghasilan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil lokasi di Pegawai Pegawai BPSDMD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research). Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan sumber daya manusia terhadap pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Hubungan antara sumber daya manusia dan kinerja pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menunjukkan derajat keeratan yang sangat erat. Kinerja pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dipengaruhi oleh sumber daya yang bersifat fisik dan non fisik.
