KOORDINASI ANTARA FRAKSI DI DEWAN PERWAKILAN RAKYAT DAERAH DENGAN SEKRETARIAT DEWAN DALAM MENYUSUN RAPERDA TENTANG PENGEMBANGAN DAN PERLINDUNGAN EKONOMI KREATIF TAHUN 2021 DI KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR
Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk membahas koordinasi antara Fraksi di Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah dengan Sekretariat Dewan dalam Menyusun Raperda tentang pengembangan dan perlindungan ekonomi kreatif tahun 2021 di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis triangulasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah bahwa koordinasi antara Fraksi di Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah dengan Sekretariat Dewan dalam menyusun Raperda tentang pengembangan dan perlindungan ekonomi kreatif tahun 2021 di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir meliputi koordinasi langsung perseorangan, koordinasi perencanaan dan pembuatan kebijakan dan koordinasi berkelanjutan. Koordinasi langsung perseorangan yang dilakukan oleh antara Fraksi di Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah dengan Sekretariat Dewan merupakan rangkaian aktvitas koordinasi informal namun mendukung terjalinnya koordinasi formal yang diperlukan untuk menyelaraskan pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi kelembagaan.
